This project includes a six-story medical office building connected to the existing hospital by two new pedestrian bridges; a 294,000 SF, six-story structural precast parking garage expansion; and a 15,000 SF orthopedic build-out on Level 1 of the new medical office building. To prepare the 14-acre site for patients and staff, we completed additional landscaping, utility, and parking work.
