Delivery: Construction Manager-at-Risk
Status: Completed
The ACC Highland Campus’s existing student affairs space required updates to align with the current needs of the students and staff. The interior renovation and minor structural improvements accommodated the new design, which combined the old and underutilized spaces into one space for student life, testing, student affairs, and Student Care Center.
The campus was once a shopping mall, which created a unique building environment. We renovated the interior and structural improvements of the building while working off hours and coordinated timely installations that aligned with the college’s schedule, which helped us complete this project on time and under budget.
