Vaughn recently topped out the structural steel frame for the new Legacy Campus, a 210,000 SF production facility for C.C. Creations, the largest custom screen printing and embroidery company in Texas. The $33 million project, which Vaughn Construction serves as construction manager-at-risk, will support the company’s continued growth, and double its production capacity.
The project is slated to reach substantial completion in November 2023.
Among the attendees was C.C. Creations Chief Executive Officer, Kenny Lawson, who thanked the Vaughn team and craft workers for their hard work.
“Vaughn Construction has been amazing to work with,” said Lawson. “Throughout the whole project, I have been extremely impressed with Vaughn’s quality of service, planning, and organization. I am thrilled with how quickly this project has progressed.”
The Legacy Campus will significantly impact the Bryan-College Station area, and Vaughn is excited to work alongside C.C. Creations on this project.
“The growth that C.C. Creations has had over the past 40 years is inspiring, and I’m excited to see them bring jobs to the Bryan-College Station area,” said a Vaughn project manager. “We have enjoyed working with C.C. Creations and seeing the project come to life. The topping out celebration brought everyone together and served as an opportunity to build on our relationship with the client.”
