As we reached substantial completion on the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, New School of Medicine Institute of Neurosciences building, the Rio Grande Valley team was pleased to give the UTRGV Dean of Engineering, Dr. Ala R. Qubbaj, and some civil engineering students an up-close tour of the new facility. The new facility will serve as a collaborative incubator to train future neurologists, psychiatrists, neuroscientists, and other medical professionals.
