Vaughn was recently awarded the Frisco Campus Building project for the University of North Texas (UNT). The project includes a campus-wide infrastructure development and the construction of the first building, totaling $70 million. Although it is a greenfield site, the 100-acre site poses unique challenges because it is situated off a busy road with limited access across a major watershed. The expanded campus will serve the rapidly growing population in Frisco and provide residents with convenient higher education opportunities. Construction is scheduled to begin in fall 2020 with substantial completion in summer 2022.
