Vaughn selected for Blinn College's New Science, Technology, Engineering and Innovation Building

Vaughn was recently selected as the construction manager-at-risk for the Science, Technology Engineering and Innovation Building for The Blinn College District. Located on the Brenham campus, this 55,500 SF, three-story building will provide additional student classroom and laboratory space in support of the growing science, engineering, and health science programs. The building will also add offices and student service amenities with further exterior requirements of site grading, landscaping, and irrigation improvements. This building has an anticipated construction budget of approximately $21.5 million. Construction is scheduled to begin in February 2020 with substantial completion in May 2021. The architect is PBK.
